• Please note that the Hotel check in time is 02.00pm and check out time is 12.00 noon (hotel local time)

• Reservation Will be held until 06.00pm ( hotel local time ) on the day of arrival, unless guaranteed by credit card, deposit or by company guarantee letter ( for companies on approved credit list of the hotel ).

• Special request: All special requests are subject to availability upon arrival.

• All room Rates are inclusive 10% service charge and 11% government tax

• Payment shall be Made in local currency ( Indonesian rupiah ) based on the hotel's prevailing billing rate as reflected on the guest bill. We Will not accept any foreign currency as payment over the counter.

• For bookings of early bird promotional, advance payment by credit card for the whole duration of the stay is required. These bookings are non-refundable and cannot be amended, modified or cancelled.
